The G&L Good Dog Card ("Promotion") is a limited time offer. Promotion is sponsored
by G&L Acquisitions, 885 Jefferson St. Muskegon, Michigan 49440.
- How to Enter: To enter the G&L Good Dog Promotion, complete the Membership form
found at www.glchilidogs.com and click the "submit" button found on the Site.
Participation in the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of all
Official Promotion Rules and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Void where prohibited.
- Eligibility: Except as expressly set forth in this Section 2, the Promotion is
open to all legal residents of the US. Residents under 18 years of age who want to
enter their group to participate in G&L's Good Dog group rewards program must have a
legal adult, as their group representative, when creating a membership account.
- Good Dog Cards: In exchange for the submission of a complete and accurate Membership
Form, G&L will email participant a Membership Verification email that provides the
group representative with a group access code. The group representative needs to log
in using the unique access code to activate their membership account. Any and all
expenses of any kind incurred by participants in conjunction with participating in the
G&L Good Dog rewards program are the sole responsibility of all individual participants,
the groups representative and members. Allow up to (24) hours prior to retrieving your
groups G&L Good Dog cards after G&L is in receipt of a complete and valid Membership Form.
- Limit: G&L Good Dog Cards are limited to one (1) per participant. G&L's Good Dog
cards and group rewards program is available ONLY at G&L's store in Holland , Michigan
located at 442 Bay Park Dr. on Lakewood Blvd. (Just west of US-31)
- Limited Time Offer/While Supplies Last: This Promotion is a limited time offer
and is subject to availability and while supplies last.
- Membership Forms: All Membership Forms and submissions become the property of
G&L. By participating in this Promotion, participants expressly agree that G&L
Acquisition and it's affiliates, including but not limited to, G&L Franchise Company
and it's participating franchisees may utilize Membership Form information in order
to contact participant for marketing purposes. G&L does not sell or distribute any
membership information to any other individuals or business entities.
- Administration: G&L expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate
this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent by participants or potential
participants. All Membership Forms and submissions are subject to verification.
Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of G&L. Any questions relating
to eligibility, rules or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved
at the sole discretion of G&L and the decision will be final. No requests for exchanges
or cash equivalent for the G&L Good Dog reward program will be considered and no
substitutions will be made.
- General: G&L is not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected,
invalid, inaccurate, fraudulent, stolen, mutilated or illegible data, Membership Forms
or G&L Good Dog Cards and/or technical difficulties of any sort. If in G&L's opinion,
there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering
with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the
integrity of the Promotion, G&L reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and/or
reject affected Membership Forms. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or
operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to, through fraudulent acts is
unlawful and subject to legal action by G&L or its agents. This Promotion may not be
combined with any other offer or promotion.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU RELEASE G&L AND ANY OF ITS RESPECTIVE
PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES,
AGENTS, AND AGENCIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL
CAUSES OF ACTION, RELATED TO ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, FROM G&L'S USE OF ANY DATA
OR INFORMATION RECEIVED OR COLLECTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, FROM ANY
LATE, LOST, OR MISDIRECTED MEMBERSHIP FORMS OR GOOD DOG CARDS, ERRORS OR TECHNICAL
DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INABILITY TO ACCESS THE
SITE), OMISSIONS, PROCESSING DELAYS, PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM HEREUNDER,
OR FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
GOOD DOG CARD, (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND
DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
AND RIGHTS OF PRIVACY, WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL) WHETHER UNDER A THEORY
OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER THEORY. ALL APPLICABLE
LAWS APPLY.
